Hi there, my name is Melissa. My husband and I have two sons, 4.5 and 1.5 years old. We currently have help from one grandparent but are interested in exploring the option of a nanny as grandpa is getting older. What we're looking for: We’re not exactly sure as we’re new to this, but we think we would like to start out with a part-time option. We do have the option for a live out nanny in the future if we decide it is necessary. Grandpa is able and willing to continue helping, so we can be fairly flexible about your availability for a part-time arrangement. Duties: We're hoping our nanny will help with light housekeeping and meal preparation. We have a housekeeper so housekeeping would truly be “light.” Starting: Within the next couple of months.
