Looking for a full time nanny and mother's helper

I am looking for a full-time live out nanny and mother's helper for primarily my newborn but also some occasional playing with my toddler. Additional tasks will include washing and sterilizing bottles, tidying the kitchen/dishes, doing family laundry and light housekeeping. Must be willing to do additional housekeeping/cleaning. Schedule could include some overnight shifts with baby and some day shifts (morning and afternoon). We can negotiate which days work best for both. I am looking for someone who is reliable and will stay with our family long term. Candidate must be trustworthy, caring and able to accurately follow direction. We adhere to a consistent routine and so being able to follow direction is very important. We live a 10-15 minute walk away from the bus stop in Panorama, Surrey. We are a friendly and fun family and we want someone with a positive attitude that is very dependable. Must have previous experience working with babies and be able to provide references.
