Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end billing process for engineering projects
- Utilize project data for accurate invoicing and validation
- Summarize and escalate issues to PMs effectively
- Coordinate follow-ups for collections with tenacity
- Support other accounting functions as necessary
- Well-organized with the ability to manage recurring cycles
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach
- Clear and impactful communication abilities
- Intermediate technical skills in Excel
- Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals
