Location: Edmonton, AB
Note: Prior experience in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare is non-negotiable .
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will support process optimization, operational improvements, workflow analysis, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
- Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap assessments.
- Work with stakeholders to improve service delivery and business performance.
- Support transformation initiatives within BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Develop future-state process models and operational recommendations.
- Monitor process performance and track improvement metrics.
- Facilitate workshops and process review sessions.
- Ensure processes align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Process Analyst in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong experience in process mapping and workflow analysis.
- Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
