- Manage inbound leads across email, phone, and digital platforms

- Assist guests throughout the sales and delivery process
- Maintain CRM activities accurately and consistently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Coachable attitude with a competitive spirit
- Proficiency with CRM tools and digital engagement methods
- Effective negotiation skills and sound judgment
- VSA License must be obtained upon hire
