Job Responsibility:
Best For Bride - Bridal Boutique is looking to add to their team - a professional and personable full-time/part time bridal sales consultant.
The ideal candidate would be a patient, observant individual who's genuinely interested in assisting someone prepare for their special day. They would have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with being tactful, polished and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge and passion for fashion and the wedding industry. Specific training will be provided.
A bridal sales consultant is responsible for overseeing the sale of bridal gowns and accessories from beginning to end. This individual is the direct point of contact with our customers and in charge of ensuring a customer's needs and expectations are met. A bridal sales consultant must be able to knowledgeably guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and professionally. Duties will also include but limited to gown care, boutique cleaning/tidying and assisting other bridal sales consultants.
Bridal Sales Consultant Requirements
- High school diploma
- Additional certifications and other professional development experience is an asset
- 4+ year of customer service experience
- 4+ year of sales experience
- Phone and computer skills
- Fluent in the English language
- The physical ability to carry and move gowns
- Dependable and punctual
- Motivation skills and a positive attitude
- Able to handle fast paced situations calmly
- Outgoing and a self-starter
Compensation, Benefits & Schedule
- Bridal sales consultants are paid a base hourly rate along with bonuses on personal sales.
- The schedule for this position includes Saturday (10am-7pm) and Sunday (11am-5pm), Monday -Friday by demand.
This is not just a sales job but a customer service career where you are to create enjoyable and memorable experiences for your brides.
