As a Healthcare Aide at here, you will have the opportunity to provide essential care and companionship to our 100+ residents, fostering close, supportive relationships that truly enhance their quality of life. The residents, rely on your empathetic, person-centered approach to assist with daily living activities while always respecting their dignity and independence.

QUALIFICATIONS: Holds a recognized certificate as a Health Care Aide and registered with CLHA College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides; All successful applicants must pass the vulnerable sector Criminal Record Check applicable to Provincial guidelines.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment and have a genuine interest in caring for Residents; Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing; Demonstrate patience, kindness and compassion; Highly organized and resourceful; Operates related equipment; Works in a team setting; Collaborates and communicates with others in a respectful manner; Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
