U.S. Tax Compliance Manager

Lead U.S. tax compliance and reporting for Vencora in a hybrid Toronto position, applying consolidated filing and financial reporting expertise. Support international tax planning while working with Finance Teams across jurisdictions.As U.S. Tax Manager, you will report to the Global Senior Tax Manager and oversee compliance, reporting, and diligence. The work includes federal, state, and local filings, international forms, quarterly provisions, and strategic tax research. You will help develop tax-efficient solutions and processes for Vencora.Key Responsibilities:
Manage consolidated federal, state, and local corporate tax filingsPrepare international filings and GILTI, FDII, and BEAT calculationsPrepare quarterly U.S. tax provisions under IFRSReview Sec. 174 R&D analyses from external tax advisorsSupport acquisitions, audits, research, and process improvementsRequirements:
Certified Public Accountant designationAccounting or finance post-secondary degreeAt least five years of U.S. tax experienceKnowledge of U.S. tax laws and IFRSExperience with OneSource, NetSuite, BPC, and ExcelApply your U.S. compliance, IFRS reporting, and tax research expertise to Vencora’s international software portfolio.
