Responsibilities

• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Plan and create innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current food trends.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality and consistency.
• Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant or food service industry.
