• Support Sales & Marketing teams with sound risk decisions
• Analyze financial and medical data for underwriting
• Interact with reinsurance providers to manage risks
• Coach junior underwriters on technical aspects

Requirements

• Bilingual (English/French) expertise required
• Minimum four years in individual underwriting
• Experience coaching or mentoring others
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• University degree in life sciences, nursing, or kinesiology
