As a permanent full-time leader, you will drive the strategic agenda for CPBC, ensuring the regulatory framework fosters safe and ethical practices. Your leadership will facilitate the development of bylaws while managing a team of up to 10 policy professionals, working closely with external partners for impactful results. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a multidisciplinary team of policy professionals
- Lead the review and revision of CPBC bylaws
- Implement the Professional Standards Advisors Program
- Develop business practices to enhance departmental efficiency
- Liaise with health regulatory bodies and stakeholders
- Masters degree in a policy-related field
- At least 10 years in leadership or management roles
- Experience in regulatory or government organizations
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy legislation in Canada
