CPBC Leadership Role in Policy

As a permanent full-time leader, you will drive the strategic agenda for CPBC, ensuring the regulatory framework fosters safe and ethical practices. Your leadership will facilitate the development of bylaws while managing a team of up to 10 policy professionals, working closely with external partners for impactful results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a multidisciplinary team of policy professionals
  • Lead the review and revision of CPBC bylaws
  • Implement the Professional Standards Advisors Program
  • Develop business practices to enhance departmental efficiency
  • Liaise with health regulatory bodies and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in a policy-related field
  • At least 10 years in leadership or management roles
  • Experience in regulatory or government organizations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy legislation in Canada
