Senior Executive Communications Manager

Shape executive communications for TD in Toronto, using exceptional writing and strategic messaging to guide a senior leader’s voice. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario.As Senior Manager, Executive Communications, you will lead communications strategy and delivery for the Group Head of the Canadian Personal and Small Business Bank. You will advise senior executives, create compelling storytelling, and manage communications planning across internal and external channels. The work requires business acumen, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:
Advise executives and shape narratives, messaging, tone, and stakeholder impactDevelop storytelling that inspires colleagues and reinforces TD’s culturePartner with business colleagues on priorities, messages, and engagementsSupport leadership conferences, town halls, and business updatesOversee external thought leadership and LinkedIn content strategyRequirements:
Eight to ten years in communications or a related fieldExceptional writing skills and strong executive communications experienceExperience supporting senior executives and executive office stakeholdersStrong project management across multiple priorities and tight timelinesFamiliarity with quarterly earnings and business performance messagingApply executive writing, strategic counsel, and stakeholder management to advance TD’s leadership communications in Toronto.
