IT Financial Specialist - Hybrid Role

Elevate your career as an IT Financial and Capacity Management Specialist in a hybrid position. Support budgeting, workforce capacity planning, and resource optimization while collaborating closely with IT leadership and Finance. This specialist role is part of the IT Performance and Partnership team, focused on analyzing and optimizing workforce capacity and IT financial resources. With a minimum of 5 years in financial management or workforce analytics, you'll monitor budgets, assess capacity needs, and offer crucial insights for strategic decisions. Your ability to communicate complex data will directly impact IT resource alignment. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct capacity assessments including supply and demand analysis
- Monitor and report on IT financial resource performance
- Oversee IT operating and capital budget tracking
- Coordinate annual budget development across IT functions
- Analyze IT cost structures to identify major drivers
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
- Minimum 5 years in financial analysis or workforce planning
- Strong understanding of IT functions and operating models
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
