- Monitor procurement portals for relevant opportunities
- Review and categorize tenders for service leaders
- Track bid/no-bid decisions and follow up on proposals
- Maintain logs and dashboards for submission tracking
- Support proposal teams with document management
- Post-secondary education in related fields
- Experience in proposals or procurement preferred
- Familiarity with bids and RFP processes
- Strong organizational and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
