Housekeeper

Home2Suites is the home away from home for the many workers in Fort St John. Designed for longer term stays, the spacious rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, living room, and a work desk. In addition, we offer amenities such as a pool, hot tub, gym, BBQ, and laundry facilities.

Guests often get together at the breakfast table or in our cozy common space known as the oasis. Many of our guests have been coming here for years and many of our staff have been here since we opened the doors six years ago. We have consistently been ranked the #1 Fort St John hotel on TripAdvisor and are an award-winning Hilton brand hotel.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms
• Vacuum rooms and corridors
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Restock and maintain trolley on daily basis
• Comply with the Hilton environmental efforts
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Carry out lost property procedures
• Assist other departments wherever necessary
