Maintenance Techncian

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on maintenance technician to join our group. This is a versatile role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and keeping our dealerships and facilities safe, functional and looking their best.

The ideal candidate has experience with general maintenance, basic construction, repairs, and electrical work, and takes pride in completing jobs properly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general building and facility maintenance and repairs
• Complete and assist with basic construction tasks
• Handle minor plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Repair doors, locks, fixtures, shelving, and other building components
• Assist with renovations, installations and facility improvement projects
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe
• Work with outside contractors when specialized work is required
• Assist with moving, assembling, and installing equipment and furniture
• Respond to maintenance requests across multiple dealership locations

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, facilities, or related trade
• Strong practical/problem solving skills
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Reliable, dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to locations with reliable transportation
