Finance Coordinator/Bookkeeper

Work Experience:
Candidates should have work experience with financial administration office. They should have the necessary skills to manage the Centres financial affairs with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monthly bank reconciliation for multiple accounts
Accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Payroll
Data Entry with use of accounting program
Work with Sage 300 and Excel programs
Prepare monthly financial reports
Prepare financial reports as required by funding agreements and within timelines stipulated in these agreements
Collect payments
Maintain filing and record keeping
Perform office duties
Trouble shoot and resolve technical problems
Carries out other related duties assigned
Qualifications:
Post secondary training in accounting or business administration or equivalent training and experience may be considered
Experience working with non-profit organizations is an asset
Minimum 3 years accounting experience required
Be able to provide current Criminal Record Check
Bondable
Experience in Sage 300 and Excel
Demonstrated ability to organize and plan your work schedule
Good written and verbal communication skills
Team player
