Mining Equipment Technical Product Leader

Turn mining equipment expertise into customer solutions at Access Industrial through troubleshooting, training, and clear technical communication. French and English are required.This Product Director position leads technical knowledge for the mining equipment product line. You will explain complex concepts to non-technical customers, support internal teams, and participate in resolving equipment issues. Collaboration spans sales, marketing, procurement, and product development teams.Key Responsibilities:
Support customers and internal teams with technical guidanceExplain equipment concepts clearly to non-technical customersTrain employees and customers on operation and maintenanceParticipate in mining equipment troubleshooting and issue resolutionCollaborate across sales, marketing, procurement, and developmentRequirements:
Three years’ experience with mining equipment or related fieldsKnowledge of mining technologies and maintenance practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with CRM software considered an assetBring analytical problem-solving, technical training, and customer support skills to Access Industrial’s mining equipment product line.
