Regional Director for GDI in Quebec

Lead retail excellence with Groupe Dynamite Inc. as a Regional Director across Quebec and Atlantic Canada. Drive sales, support District Managers, and enhance brand performance across stores. As Regional Director at Groupe Dynamite, you will report to the National Sales Director, spearheading the success of GARAGE and DYNAMITE stores. Your leadership will mobilize District Managers to exceed sales goals while maintaining overall brand integrity and exceptional customer service standards. This role serves as a vital link to Head Office, offering insights on market dynamics and strategic decision-making for merchandise and marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead District Managers to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Develop actionable sales strategies and business plans
- Conduct regular market visits to review progress
- Uphold GDI's Sales Mission and customer service standards
- Analyze product mix and inventory to optimize sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 12+ years in retail, with 6+ years in multi-district management
- Strong business acumen and communication skills
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proven problem-solving and coaching abilities
