-Taking Reservations, Securing the reservations, Making sure they are entering in the right information. Answering any and all questions the guest has. Working with 3rd party booking agents.
-Processing the Pre check ins, the check ins and check outs.
-Processing the proper form of payment-doing and completion of pre authorization, sales.
-Deal with any and all complaints or questions from guests in a professional and timely manner.
-Accounting duties, cash outs making sure everything balances.
-Assisting with any clerical duties as required
Must have valid work permit or Canadian Citizenship
