Salesforce Sales Leadership Director

Lead Account Executives at Salesforce through client engagement, sales coaching, and executive influence while shaping team performance. Manage sales activity, forecasts, and customer initiatives.As a Sales Leader, you will manage and develop Account Executives while leading client and prospect meetings. You will recruit, hire, and train new team members on Salesforce’s sales process. You will coach strategies that drive sales wins, develop campaigns, and collaborate with internal partners. The team’s results directly support organizational growth.Key Responsibilities:

Two or more years leading seven quota-carrying salespeopleProven experience leading Account ExecutivesSuccessful record building and leading sales teamsExcellent presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skillsBachelor’s degree strongly preferred;
equivalent relevant experience consideredBring sales coaching, executive engagement, and consultative leadership to Salesforce’s Account Executive organization and customer growth efforts.
