Remote Dealer Performance Specialist for Automotive Innovation

Shape the future of automotive performance as a Dealer Performance Specialist. Collaborate with dealerships across Canada, optimizing metrics, training, and technology to enhance dealer success. In this vital role, you'll serve as a key liaison between dealerships and internal teams. Your focus will be on program enrollments and performance metrics, aiming to drive conversion and support training initiatives. As an experienced professional in digital marketing or website management, you will tackle challenges and enhance dealer relations effectively. Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between dealers and internal stakeholders
  • Manage enrollment processes for dealer programs
  • Provide support and training on digital platforms
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
  • Ensure quality content on digital platforms
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in website management or digital marketing
  • Proficient in web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and CMS tools
  • Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to manage dealer relationships and collaboration
