Shape AI-first legal technology in Toronto or Raleigh as a Senior Product Manager focused on platform strategy and data intelligence. This hybrid role requires office collaboration at least three days weekly.At Litera, you will own the Firm Intelligence Platform as a senior individual contributor. You will guide vision, strategy, and roadmap while partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and cross-functional leaders. Your work will support AI agents, people, and traditional integrations across Litera’s product portfolio.Key Responsibilities:
Own platform vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmapDefine data, API, security, and scalability requirementsTranslate law firm needs into prioritized platform requirementsDocument build-versus-buy and sequencing decisionsMeasure adoption, performance, and customer impactRequirements:
5+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS3+ years owning platform, data, or infrastructure productsWorking knowledge of AI, generative AI, LLMs, retrieval, and agentsUnderstanding of MCP and agent-facing service designTechnical fluency in data modeling, APIs, architectures, and securityBring platform product leadership, AI fluency, and customer insight to shape Litera’s next generation of legal technology.
