Job Description
Silver Specs Eye Care + Optical is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Optometrist to join our growing, independent, full-scope practice in Coaldale: a vibrant and growing community 10 minutes east of Lethbridge, Alberta. This is a permanent position offering stability and an excellent work-life balance with opportunity to grow with the practice.

Position Details
- Schedule: We are looking for an optometrist to work 2-4 days weekly with flexible weekdays: choose from Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm, and Saturday's 9 am - 2 pm
- Compensation: Starting at $900 daily guaranteed OR 80% of exam fees, whichever is greater.
- Starting Date: whenever you are ready to start!
- New and experienced optometrists are welcome to apply.

The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree and be licensed to practice in Alberta.
- Be committed to providing comprehensive, patient-centered eye exams.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a small, supportive team.
