Marketing Leader for Medical Education at Stryker

In this senior marketing role, you will shape brand strategy and enhance customer engagement by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on executing impactful marketing campaigns and developing education strategies that resonate with healthcare professionals and patients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set strategic direction and execute marketing strategies
• Develop scalable marketing assets and tools for impact
• Identify educational opportunities to boost brand value
• Collaborate on the Annual Marketing Plan and portfolio roadmap
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and KOLs
Requirements:
• 10+ years of relevant work experience
• High School diploma and extensive experience or Associate's degree
• Bachelor's degree and MBA preferred
• Medical device or marketing background preferred
• People management experience is a plus
