Hybrid Primary Care Physician Position

We are seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician with a degree in medicine and a College of Family Physicians Certification (CCFP). Ideal candidates will have experience in family practice, pain management, and mental health issues. Your expertise will support a culturally diverse patient base while promoting healthy lifestyles and medical treatments. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect medical histories from patients and families
- Examine and diagnose health conditions
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Consult with healthcare professionals on care strategies
- Administer and prescribe necessary treatments
- CCFP certification and valid licensure required
- Experience in family practice preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
