Dans le cadre d’un nouveau mandat stratégique, VIBRANT cherche à agrandir son équipe avec un(e) Marchandiseur(euse) motivé(e) pour soutenir la visibilité de nos marques partenaires dans la région de Gatineau . C e rôle vise à assurer une exécution irréprochable dans les épiceries. Un permis de conduire valide est requis pour le poste.
Ce que nous offrons:
- Salaire horaire de 20,75 $
- Prime de rétention: 1 000$ après 12 mois
- Allocation mensuelle de voiture : 850$
- Allocation cellulaire : 30 $/mois
- Horaire stable, du lundi au vendredi (40h/semaine)
- Poste sur la route – travailleur autonome
Responsabilités:
- Mettre en marché les produits en chambre froide, porte réfrigérée et plancher selon les normes établies
- Effectuer l’agencement de planogrammes et assurer le réapprovisionnement et la rotation des produits
- Installer du matériel de point de vente (PDV) pour soutenir les lancements et promotions
- Optimiser l’espace et la visibilité des marques en magasin
- Maintenir de bonnes relations avec les équipes en magasin et assurer un excellent service
- Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour maximiser les opportunités en succursale
- Fournir un compte-rendu hebdomadaire des exécutions
- Visiter en moyenne 3 succursales par jour
Ce que nous recherchons:
- 18 ans et plus
- Permis de conduire valide et accès exclusif à un véhicule
- Expérience d’un an ou plus en service à la clientèle, marchandisage ou commerce de détail
- Capacité à soulever des charges jusqu’à 50 lb
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent (un atout)
- Solides habiletés de communication et excellente maîtrise du français
