Remote Client Support & Success Specialist

Colonial Group

Buckland is seeking a Client Support Specialist to ensure exceptional client experiences by supporting account management, coordinating service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The role serves as the main contact for client inquiries, resolves issues at root cause, and collaborates with internal teams to drive satisfaction. A remote work option is available for non-local applicants in CAD/USA/MEX. A Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in Custom Brokerage are preferred.
