About the Role:
We are currently hiring hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as Frac Operators  in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This is an excellent opportunity for people with a strong work ethic and previous labour or field experience who are eager to build a rewarding career in the oil and gas industry. Full training will be provided for the right candidates.

- Assist with the set-up, operation, and tear-down of frac equipment and related tools on site.
- Follow safe work practices and company procedures at all times.
- Support the pumping and blending of fluids and materials during frac operations.
- Perform basic maintenance and pre/post-job inspections of equipment.
- Work closely with the crew to ensure smooth and efficient field operations.
- Adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and in physically demanding environments.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors and lead operators.
- Minimum Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract (Class 1 is a major asset).
- Previous experience in labour-intensive roles (construction, oilfield, agriculture, or related fields).
- Oilfield and/or frac experience is a strong asset but not required.
- Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends, in a camp or field setting.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available).
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test and background check.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
- Candidates local to Grande Prairie, AB.
- Valid Class 1 driver's license.
- Prior frac or oilfield services experience.
