Chemistry Subject Matter Expert (AI Training)
We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and improve the next generation of AI models. Your deep subject knowledge will directly shape how AI reasons through complex chemistry problems — from undergraduate fundamentals to advanced graduate-level concepts.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of cutting-edge AI research and rigorous scientific thinking, all from the comfort of your own home on a schedule that works for you.

What You'll Do
- Design challenging, graduate-level chemistry problems to rigorously test AI reasoning and performance
- Develop clear, well-structured solutions with step-by-step logic that AI systems can learn from
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for scientific accuracy, reasoning quality, and depth
- Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across domains including chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
- Provide structured, actionable feedback that directly improves AI model capabilities
Who You Are
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
- Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
- Detail-oriented with a systematic approach to evaluating quality and accuracySelf-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- No prior AI experience required — we'll get you up to speed
Nice to Have
- Experience with data annotation, quality evaluation, or research assessment
- Familiarity with AI language models or prompt-based tools
- Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
