FULL-TIME DAY, EVENING, AND WEEKEND POSITIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION

In collaboration with the supervisor, the position holder performs a set of tasks as a cook within the Village Vacances Valcartier.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Represent the VVV in its activities and ensure complete customer satisfaction;

• Execute recipes based on technical sheets and prepare dishes according to the menu, packages, dietary restrictions, and events;

• Prepare raw food, vegetables, fruits, etc., and assemble dishes;

• Carry out the necessary setup for serving the various dishes;

• Monitor inventory, rotate stocks, receive orders if needed;

• Participate daily in maintaining the cleanliness of the premises, including work spaces;

• Act as a leader for your team;

• Perform any other related tasks.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• More than 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar position;

• Basic knowledge of the French language;

• Must own a car (there is no public transport);
