Senior Multi-Family Asset Management Executive

Lead multi-family property and asset management strategy at JLL in Toronto, using portfolio leadership and client relationship expertise on-site.As Senior Vice President, you will guide institutionally owned assets across Canada and direct business plan execution. You will partner with Property Directors, Property Managers, and client asset managers on operational practices, service standards, revenue growth, and governance. The position requires senior-level oversight across property management, budgets, compliance, and market positioning.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute investment strategies for multi-family assetsManage site budgets, business plans, and financial targetsReview portfolio performance and oversee corrective action plansLead client reporting, communication, and escalation resolutionCoach property managers and onsite associates across multiple sitesRequirements:
Ten or more years of progressive property management experienceExperience as a Vice President or Regional DirectorProven success leading high-performing teams across multiple sitesBudget and P&L accountability experienceStrong senior-level client and owner relationship managementBring executive presence, portfolio strategy, and multi-family property leadership to JLL’s Toronto-based asset management team.
