In-House Counsel for Construction Law

This role reports directly to the General Counsel. You will manage real estate transactions, draft legal documents, and negotiate contracts.   • Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and agreements
  • Review and advise on commercial contracts
  • Provide legal guidance on compliance and regulatory issues
  • Manage real estate transactions effectively
  • Track and archive legal documentation
Requirements:
  • Law degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum five years of legal experience
  • Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario or eligible
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of real estate law
