Senior HSE Field Coordinator | Woodstock, ON

We're looking for an experienced Senior HSE Field Coordinator to support multiple construction projects by driving health, safety, and environmental excellence in the field. This is an ideal opportunity for a safety professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about building a strong safety culture.
Location: Woodstock, ON (In Person)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
What You'll Do
- Support and implement HSE programs across multiple construction sites
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and ensure corrective actions are completed
- Monitor subcontractor safety compliance
- Lead or assist with incident investigations and root cause analysis
- Analyze safety trends and recommend preventative measures
- Mentor and support HSE Coordinators in the field
- Deliver training and ensure certifications remain current
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety into daily operations
- Support emergency preparedness initiatives and promote a safety-first culture
What We're Looking For
- 5-7 years of HSE experience within the construction industry
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of OHSA, COR, ISO 14001, and HSE best practices
- Experience with audits, investigations, and compliance programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HSE management systems (SALUS is an asset)
- CRSP, CSP, or NCSO designation is considered an asset
