As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Roofing Project Manager with a focus on flat roofing systems, particularly SBS (Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene) applications, to support the coordination and execution of high-profile construction projects across the Lower Mainland.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of commercial roofing projects including but not limited to: SBS, hot rubber, liquid coatings, and sheet metal.
- Coordinate internal crews and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Monitor project costs and control expenses to stay within budget
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members
- Maintain thorough documentation using project management software
- Administer contracts, manage change orders, and process progress draws
- Ensure roofing work meets both quality and safety expectations
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related challenges
- Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships
What You Bring to the Team
- Extensive hands-on experience with roofing systems, including SBS flat roofing
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- In-depth knowledge of WorkSafeBC and RCABC safety protocols and regulations
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is an asset
- Proficiency with project management software and documentation tools
