Sales Manager for Industrial Products

Elevate your sales career as a Regional Sales Manager at Essentra, focusing on industrial products in Burlington, Ontario or the Greater Toronto area. This is a pivotal role aimed at driving sales and customer satisfaction. As Regional Sales Manager, you will engage directly with customers to fulfill their needs and facilitate business growth. Your responsibilities include managing sales processes, training representatives, and utilizing the Essentra CRM for pipeline management and reporting outcomes to leadership. Success in this role hinges on your analytical skills and ability to negotiate impactful contracts. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee representative administration and communication
Present custom proposals and technical support
Engage in territory visits for training and support
Achieve assigned territory sales and strategic targets
Conduct analyses to inform territory strategies

Requirements:

Preferred college degree or equivalent experience
At least three years in outside sales, industrial focus
Strong technical skills and mechanical inclination
Outgoing personality with excellent communication
Availability for regular travel in the Greater Toronto region
