Senior Customer Service Associate at Maan Farms for Fall Season
Maan Farms Market and Estate Winery is a place where family and friends gather to create magical memories. We're a top destination for agritourism, events, local fruit, and wine. As we are in the midst of berry season and with Fall at the Farm just around the corner, we're excited to expand our team with smart, experienced, and dedicated individuals who excel in customer service e.
We are seeking individuals to join our team as Senior Customer Service Associates . If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, this role is perfect for you.
Duties:
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to our guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Support Operations: Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service across all areas, including the market, winery, and event spaces.
- Mentorship: Serve as a role model and mentor for less experienced customer service staff, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Problem Solving: Handle complex customer service situations with professionalism and expertise.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure that the customer service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and a welcoming smile
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
- Previous experience in agritourism, hospitality, or a similar field (an asset)
