We are seeking individuals to join our team as Senior Customer Service Associates . If you have a passion for hospitality, excellent organizational skills, and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests, this role is perfect for you.

Duties:

• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to our guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
• Support Operations: Assist in daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service across all areas, including the market, winery, and event spaces.
• Mentorship: Serve as a role model and mentor for less experienced customer service staff, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Problem Solving: Handle complex customer service situations with professionalism and expertise.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure that the customer service areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in customer service roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Positive attitude and a welcoming smile
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Previous experience in agritourism, hospitality, or a similar field (an asset)

Pay: $17.40-$19.00 per hour
