Digital Sales and Marketing Leader

Senior Helpers

Take charge as the Marketing and Digital Sales Manager at Senior Helpers and lead our strategic growth initiatives in senior home care. Champion innovative marketing practices and drive exceptional client outcomes.
As an influential leader, you will support the day-to-day operations of your city location at Senior Helpers. This role requires an experienced health care sales professional dedicated to enhancing service quality and operational efficiency through creative marketing strategies and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and team dynamics effectively
• Direct strategic planning to meet organizational goals
• Enhance market reach through partnerships and alliances
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
• Oversee staff training and recruitment to meet operational needs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• A minimum of 5 years in operations management
• Significant experience in senior care contexts preferred
• Proven track record in sales management
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills
Lead growth initiatives while making a significant impact on the lives of seniors at Senior Helpers.
