As a server at El Guapo you are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences while maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilties include:
Guest Experience
- Greet tables within 1–2 minutes with confidence and personality
- Guide guests through the menu with enthusiasm and product knowledge
- Recommend tequila, mezcal, and cocktail pairings
- Upsell feature items, premium spirits, and add-ons
- Manage pacing to match the energy of the room
- Check back consistently without being intrusive
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and immediately
Service Standards
- Follow El Guapo’s steps of service
- Maintain clean and organized sections
- Run food and drinks for teammates when needed
- Complete side work thoroughly
- Close checks accurately and process payments efficiently
- Communicate clearly with bartenders, kitchen, and management
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Lift trays up to 25 lbs
- Work late nights and weekends
