Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, your focus will be on meeting project milestones within budget and timeline constraints.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all phases of large construction projects - Develop project execution plans and maintain schedules - Conduct safety audits and engage in site meetings - Address design deficiencies and site challenges promptly - Manage subcontractor performance and compliance
Requirements: - At least 10 years in field supervision for extensive projects - Proven track of delivering projects on time and within budget - Experience in mining or industrial projects is preferred - Ability to thrive in remote and challenging work settings - Excellent communication and leadership skills
