Front Desk Agent Crest Hotel Location 222 First Avenue West Prince Rupert, BC Salary 22.17 hourly / 35 hours per week Full time Starts as soon as possible Benefits: Financial benefits Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience Experience 1 year to less than 2 years Work must be completed at the physical Location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities: Register arriving guests and assign rooms Process group arrivals and departures Take, cancel and change room reservations Provide information on hotel facilities and services Provide general information about points of interest in the area Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments Maintain an inventory of , reservations and room assignments Follow emergency and safety procedures Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying) Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Assist clients/guests with special needs Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls Provide customer service Benefits Financial benefits As per collective agreement Until: 2026-07-18
