Fortinet Service Delivery Manager Position

Become a Service Delivery Manager at Fortinet and drive the success of SOCaaS implementations. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences through effective service delivery and issue resolution. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will manage client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of SOCaaS services. In this contract position, you will oversee project performance, facilitate service reviews, and communicate necessary improvements based on customer feedback to enhance technology offerings and service delivery effectiveness.
