MIP is looking for a strategic and hands-on
Global Digital Marketing Manager
to lead the development and continuous improvement of our global digital marketing ecosystem.
In this role, you will:
Lead MIP’s global digital marketing strategy and roadmap
Manage and optimize websites, e-commerce/webstore platforms and digital customer experiences
Drive marketing technology, automation, CRM and digital lead-generation initiatives
Champion the effective use of
AI and emerging digital technologies
Establish global digital standards, governance and best practices
Use analytics and customer insights to improve engagement, conversion and performance
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Sales, Customer Service and teams across international markets
We’re looking for someone who brings strong digital marketing expertise, project management skills, an analytical mindset and a genuine passion for digital innovation. Experience with
e-commerce, marketing automation, CRM, SEO, analytics and AI
is highly valued.

Global Digital Marketing Manager
stratégique et orienté(e) vers l’action pour diriger le développement et l’amélioration continue de notre écosystème de marketing numérique à l’échelle mondiale.
Dans ce rôle, vous serez appelé(e) à :
Diriger la stratégie et la feuille de route mondiales de MIP en matière de marketing numérique
Gérer et optimiser les sites Web, les plateformes de commerce électronique/webstore et les expériences clients numériques
Piloter les initiatives liées aux technologies marketing, à l’automatisation, au CRM et à la génération de prospects numériques
Promouvoir l’utilisation efficace de
l’IA et des nouvelles technologies numériques
Établir des normes, des principes de gouvernance et des meilleures pratiques numériques à l’échelle mondiale
Utiliser les données analytiques et les insights clients afin d’améliorer l’engagement, la conversion et la performance
Collaborer avec les équipes Marketing, TI, Ventes, Service à la clientèle ainsi qu’avec les équipes de nos différents marchés internationaux
Nous recherchons une personne qui possède une solide expertise en marketing numérique, de fortes compétences en gestion de projets, un esprit analytique et une véritable passion pour l’innovation numérique. Une expérience en
commerce électronique, automatisation marketing, CRM, SEO, analytique et IA
sera considérée comme un atout important.
