Quality Engineer

Are you passionate about quality, process improvement, and driving results? We’re looking for a Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives in our production environment, with a strong focus on Statistical Process Control (SPC) and root cause analysis .

What You’ll Do:
Manage and enhance our SPC program to improve product quality and eliminate waste
Lead root cause investigations using 8D, 5-Why, and Fishbone tools
Deliver training on SPC methods to production and quality teams
Drive corrective actions for product/process nonconformities
Maintain and update PFMEA documents, control plans, and quality documentation
Visit customers to resolve quality issues and promote a proactive quality culture
Conduct audits and support compliance with internal and external standards
Support our Quality Improvement Plan to boost consistency and customer satisfaction
What You Bring:
- University degree in Engineering
- Strong knowledge of SPC and quality tools
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specs
Skilled in developing PFMEAs, control plans, and process documentation
Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical software (e.g., Minitab)
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification
- Internal Auditor certification
- CQE preferred
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing sector
Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards
