Nous recherchons un Architecte d'affaires afin de rejoindre notre équipe de conseillers du bureau de Québec ou de Montréal dans le cadre d'un poste permanent.
Ce poste est en mode hybride.
Agissant à titre de conseiller / consultant de Chrome Technologies, le candidat interviendra auprès de nos clients dans la réalisation des projets qu'ils nous ont confiés.
Responsabilités
- Élaborer et maintenir l'architecture d'affaires de la direction (cartographie des capacités, processus, flux d'information);
- Aligner les investissements TI sur les orientations stratégiques de l'organisation et du réseau préhospitalier;
- Définir les modèles d'affaires cibles et produire les dossiers d'opportunités;
- Analyser les écarts entre l'architecture actuelle et cible afin de proposer et maintenir à jour une feuille de route de transformation;
- Collaborer avec les architectes de solutions et les analystes d'affaires pour assurer la cohérence des orientations et des décisions;
- Participer aux instances de gouvernance architecturale et contribuer aux décisions de gestion du portefeuille;

- Modéliser les domaines d'affaires en s'appuyant sur des cadres reconnus (TOGAF, ArchiMate ou équivalents);
- Produire des livrables architecturaux requis (vues, scénarios, matrices de traçabilité).
Qualifications
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, en administration des affaires, en gestion, ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Maîtrise en administration des affaires (MBA) ou en architecture d'entreprise
- Atout: Certifications TOGAF 9 ou 10, ArchiMate
- Minimum dix (10) ans d'expérience en technologies de l'information
- Minimum cinq (5) ans dans un rôle d'architecte d'affaires ou d'entreprise
- Expérience démontrée en modélisation d'architecture selon TOGAF ou ArchiMate
- Expérience en transformation numérique dans des contextes organisationnels complexes et multidimensionnels
- Atout: Expérience dans le secteur de la santé ou de la sécurité publique
- Maîtrise au moins un des cadres TOGAF, ArchiMate, COBIT
- Modélisation des capacités d'affaires, processus et flux d'information
- Analyse stratégique et production de dossiers d'affaire
- Alignement stratégie-architecture-technologie
- Gouvernance TI et gestion de portefeuille
- Maîtrise avancée de la langue française parlée et écrite
- Atout: Connaissance des systèmes d'information cliniques et préhospitaliers
- Excellentes capacités de communication et de vulgarisation
- Atout: Anglais fonctionnel
