Location: Northern Nissan, 1000 Kingsway, Sudbury, ON
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Wage: $21/hour

Requirements:
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, fun environment that produces results.
- Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working independently or collaboratively with a team.
- Enthusiastic, positive, and professional attitude
- Experience in the automotive industry an asset but not a requirement
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and accurately enter and maintain customer information in the database
- Provide professional and courteous telephone reception and call handling
- Process vehicle licensing and registration requirements
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Maintain and keep the customer waiting area clean, organized, and well stocked
- Maintain the showroom ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments as required
- Assist with stocking vehicles
- Prepare and review sales files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Provide administrative and operational support across all dealership departments as required
- Work collaboratively with dealership teams to support efficient day-to-day operations
