Detail-Oriented Reporting & Systems Analyst

• Create, maintain, and optimize operational and financial reports
• Gather and interpret reporting requirements from stakeholders
• Validate the accuracy of reporting tools and data
• Manage routine system administration and user roles
• Assist with troubleshooting and system configuration updates

Requirements:

• University degree or relevant diploma in business/data analytics
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in report development
• Proficient in SQL and Excel, along with reporting tools
• Understanding of ERP and ticketing systems advantageous
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
