Responsibilities

As a licensed Realtor®, you will:

  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and referral partners.

  • Guide clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with professionalism and expertise.

  • Develop and execute business development and lead generation strategies.

  • Market and promote listings using Royal LePage's industry-leading marketing platform and technology.

  • Deliver exceptional client service that generates repeat business and referrals.

  • Manage negotiations, transactions, client communications, and your business pipeline efficiently.

  • Collaborate with fellow REALTORS®, leadership, and support staff within our highly connected brokerage community.

  • Continue growing your business through coaching, professional development, networking, and accountability.

Qualifications
  • Active registration with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO).

  • Previous experience as a licensed Realtor®.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Looking to grow your business through coaching, innovation, and collaboration.

Compensation

This is a commission-based, self-employed opportunity.

Expected Earnings: $100,000–$250,000+ annually (commission-based).
