Janitor

Precision Resource Canada , located in Cambridge, ON, is seeking a mechanically inclined individual with at least one year of experience in the manufacturing industry to join our dynamic team! This position is permanent afternoon shift (Monday - Thursday 3:30pm - 2:00am).  There is a 10% shift premium for working this shift

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean facility
• Operates scrubbers and other tools
• Follows instructions as per the SDS for chemical use
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Manages inventory and restocking janitorial supplies
• Cleaning walls, sinks, tables, commonly used areas, etc.
• Remove garage, recycling, cardboard, etc.
• Seasonally – shovel, snowblow, salt maintaining sidewalks and patio area
• Completing paperwork
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Attends all company specified training as required
• Other duties as assigned within the general scope of manufacturing

Education and Experience

• Completion of high school diploma, excellent comprehension of English
• Must be mechanically inclines with an excellend work ethic
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a janitorial role in a manufacturing environment
