Location: Bolton, Ontario - please ensure you can travel daily to the worksite
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 3 months to start with potential to extend
Compensation: $20/hour plus 4% vacation pay, paid weekly

About the Opportunity
We are currently hiring a full-time, temporary Customer Relationship Associate to join a busy, collaborative, close-knit team in Bolton, Ontario. This role supports business clients by managing accounts, delivering strong service experiences, and helping identify opportunities for growth. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship-building, working with data, and contributing to a team-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of business clients
- Manage and support accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Use internal systems and tools to track client activity and identify needs
- Assist in promoting products or services that align with client goals
- Participate in performance-related discussions to drive account growth
- Monitor account activity to support risk management and overall account health
- Collaborate with team members to meet shared goals and deliver results
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing, sales, or sales support role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable using CRM systems or similar software tools
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with business accounts or client portfolios
- Background in financial services, lending, or automotive-affiliated industries
- Familiarity with tools such as CRM systems, data dashboards, or reporting platforms
